Great people and co-workers from office in Belgrade, always willing to help, Good starting point for juniors, or people that didn't finish any kind of school for IT, if you have knowledge you can get the position. 13th salary, but looking at average salary in company, couldn't say its a benefit.

Low salary, with rises mostly every 6 months in first 2 years (if you started as Junior). Rises goes from 100EUR to 200EUR maximum. Lot of projects with old technologies (AngularJS in particular). CEO likes to jump form project to project and give his "opinion" (as developer, project manager, Tester etc.) that everyone has to listen to, even if its not in alignment with current project architecture, wherever he goes that project is already late on development from his stand point, so you'll have to buckle up for interesting ride. Be ready to be yelled at if you didn't write enough lines of code that he thinks is enough for a day (that's how developer measure their performance btw). There where people in company that made their code "work" just for daily scrum, so they can show that they did something for a day. That tells you enough...

Learning, small teams and crazy learning/growth opportunities

The pay is a bit on lower side... And there is a bit of pressure to deliver on time. as long as you love what you do its enjoyable
