Friendly staff and flexible ours.

Staff turnover was fairly high (due to the nature of the industry)

Wonderful people, offering, fair pay, relaxed and flexible.

Short sighted, this company will be huge in 10 years but are unsure of what they represent currently and who they are/ want to be. Very flexible in some places yet too much 'red tape' for minor decisions within a small company that hasn't got much identity or brand recognition.
