Great Company - Inexperienced and short sighted - Deputy General Manager Rarebreed Dining Employee Review

Short sighted, this company will be huge in 10 years but are unsure of what they represent currently and who they are/ want to be. Very flexible in some places yet too much 'red tape' for minor decisions within a small company that hasn't got much identity or brand recognition.
