Disorganized management and favoritism hinder the experience - Educator Raritan Headwaters Employee Review

The senior staff need to improve their communication with educational team. They are very disorganized. Programs get canceled often due to low attendance. The managers play favorites with educators they fancy and will give them priority on programs. I highly advise working here as a young educator.
