Pros

Stepping into Rathbones has been one of the most energising and meaningful chapters of my career. Over the past ten months, I’ve experienced first‑hand what it feels like to work in an organisation where people, purpose, and genuine care sit at the heart of everything. From day one, I felt welcomed, trusted, and empowered to make a difference. Rathbones is a heritage brand with a modern mindset — a place where high standards aren’t just spoken about, they’re lived daily. Whether it’s client experience, hospitality, or internal culture, there’s a shared commitment to excellence that you can feel in every interaction. What makes this place special is the humanity. Leaders listen. Teams support one another. Colleagues show up with pride. There’s a real sense of belonging, and a belief that every individual contributes to something bigger than themselves. Rathbones is also on an exciting journey of growth and transformation. You can feel the momentum — new ideas, elevated standards, and a clear vision for the future. It’s the perfect time to join if you want to be part of shaping something exceptional. If you’re looking for an organisation where you can grow, be valued, and do work that genuinely matters, Rathbones is a place where you’ll thrive. A company with heart, purpose, and ambition — and truly the best time to join.

Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
