Pros

Pros: Great place to learn patience, self-control, and how to survive without proper guidance. Perfect for anyone who enjoys unclear policies, confusing communication, and leadership that keeps you guessing every day. Also useful if you want to understand exactly what kind of workplace culture to avoid in the future.

Cons

My experience with Ratna Sagar has been extremely disappointing. The management appears to be poorly organised, unprofessional, and lacking proper direction. Employees are not given the kind of support, respect, or clarity that one would expect from a reputed organisation. The HR department is also a major concern. Their policies seem unfair, poorly communicated, and not employee-friendly. Instead of supporting employees and resolving workplace issues, the HR approach feels rigid and discouraging. The Digital and Offshoot Department, in particular, suffers from weak leadership. The department does not seem to be managed with the required level of knowledge, professionalism, or maturity. This creates a negative work environment and affects employee morale. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to think carefully before joining Ratna Sagar in any role. The work culture, HR policies, and management style may not be suitable for those looking for a professional and growth-oriented workplace.
