      Pros

      Stable work environment, friendly people, family-like cohesiveness. Excellent workplace environment where you feel at home in your office. Flexible work schedule. Getting better at process development, although some tools (software) are rather obtuse.

      Cons

      Slow to introduce new products. Some people should not be in their position. Limited career advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Excellent company to work for, Great people who support you all the way. Manager is Amazing, always goes to bat for the Team and is very honest. Never hold back, they tell you what you lack and to be able to fix it. asking unlimited questions and always has door open.

      the only thing I can say is that there aren't any bonuses
