Great team, lots of company social events and action from leadership when there are suggestions for improvement. Good benefits and work life balance.

Similar to a start up culture, processes are still being developed and communication is sometimes lacking. I think of this as a pro in some regards, since you can leave your mark if you take initiative to make improvements.

Great group of people, reasonable shifts, no overtime ever necessary and able to have exposure to leadership
