Pros
There are only two pros 1- Pay on time 2- Good for learning as it is quiet fast paced environment.
Cons
1-Salary is far below par level 2- If you're in karachi region office then you can never be able to close branch on time. Naveed sahab will take time to 7:30pm minimum and you've to be ar there before 9am. If you're in any of there branches then everything is good there. 3- Peak of illiteracy whether they are region employers or of Headoffice. Some are good thou but max ain't. 4- No opportunity to grow until you're not in HO
