- Great project and goals
Cons
From my experience only:
With some team members, some in leadership positions, there are ego problems and a lack of healthy self-criticism and feedback. Speaking up will get you in trouble later on. You will be observed and micromanaged, As a result, there is a lack of critical thinking, and often problems arise from miscommunication and unchecked work.
There is also a lack of cohesive technical direction and a tendency towards over-engineering solutions.
Your concerns and ideas will not be taken seriously or be overruled by higher up positions.
Team members disappear from one day to another from the company without explanation. You will hear "there were plenty of reasons", "its an isolated case" but there were many 'isolated' cases.
