I worked at Raw Selection and, unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. While the company markets itself as having high standards and offering ample opportunities for growth, the reality often felt very different.
The training provided was inconsistent, and new employees were not given the tools needed to succeed. High staff turnover was a constant issue, which created a cycle of new hires struggling to keep up and then leaving shortly after. While managers emphasized making money, it was clear that they prioritized results over genuinely helping staff develop their skills or careers.
The company also seemed to expect more than what was reasonable in terms of working hours. Leaving at your designated finish time wasn’t encouraged, and there was pressure to come in early, which impacted work-life balance. For graduates or entry-level employees looking for mentorship, I’d recommend proceeding with caution.
