Free coffee, great regulars / customers, owner is a cool guy, it is pretty easy to get any time off that you want as long as you plan ahead, fun co workers, yearly christmas bonus based on the amount of time you have worked at the company(increasing yearly without gaps in your tenure), get off work early in the day,
Cons
loud work environment, inconsistent pay, working outside in extreme weather conditions, early start times, no system in place to help remember orders (must remember all orders outside at the car and be able to bring them inside and recite them), unable to stay at home if you are sick and unable to find someone else to work for you (health does not always feel valued and prioritized), loud work environment
