      No salary. Phoning people all day long to find a property, mostly get rejected.

      Pros

      Very supportive environment, but you have to ask the questions yourself, work and learn very hard. Excellent management and colleagues, very supportive of one another. Opportunity to earn very well if you put in the work and time. Love the culture of the company, including Headoffice.

      Very long hours, a lot of very hard work.
