This position, while initially being advertised as a Communications position, turned out to be a catch-all role that involved Communications, Operations, Writer, Graphic Designer, and Event Planner. The owner tends to surprise you with tasks well beyond your pay grade and listen job duties, and is vague and absent when it comes to direction. The overall company culture is strained due to this. The salary is barely a living wage.
