High staff turnover for a reason - Administrative Assistant Ray White Employee Review

Cannot grow, bullied by management, inadequate training, set up to fail, low staff morale, HR ignorant to staff requests, staff favoritism obvious, no care for staff wellbeing, the occasional free food or race day doesn't cut it, unrealistic expectations if you ever wanted a pay rise or a day off work, a part of "One Network" which is a bunch of Ray White franchises owned by the same company Treerise Pty Ltd. RW Bayswater, RW Ringwood etc. you are just a number. Staff turnover ridiculously stupid. People fired followed by a group email 5 mins after, before they can even grab their things.
