Bad Leadership - Operations Manager RaySecur Employee Review

Our team with the sign off of the CEO, agree on changes in an attempt to clean up our systems, and streamline process. The founder of the company then decides to unilaterally veto and change them, and we get no backup or support from the CEO. I don't know why anyone is hired as a subject matter expert when we simply get over ruled by someone who does not have the expertise.
