      The people actually doing the work are great.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership is not very good. Too many people trying to build their own little kingdoms within IT and don't really care about Raymond James IT as a whole. Too many people in middle management positions that should be asking "do you want fries with that?".

      The firm is very old school in promotions and growth so they value tenure over performance.
