      Pros

      Good place to learn and build experience in a large aerospace defence giant. The education plan allows you to do further education fully covered which is so valuable if looking to skill up.

      Cons

      Can be slow to implement change.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
