- lots of cool work to do - show you care and people will try to help - lots of training and variety of problems to solve

- you’ll never work hard enough to earn as much as the guy who started today. - The constant restructuring hampers the companies ability to maintain a healthy culture. - sooooo much paperwork (you could make a whole career never doing actual engineering) - projects move slow
