      The pay is well and the family leave is great.

      Cons

      Where do I start. If your not the same political mindset as you company you will extreme dislike upper management. Lower management is diversity hires, not knowing what they control. Benefits are used to punish people on the higher pay structure. There's a high turnover for new people

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
