      Can work hybrid, good benefits

      No promotions, no social life, leadership ignores, not competitive, lots of brain drain, taking over work for those leaving the company with same pay.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
