      Pros

      Good pay for the Tucson area, good work-life balance and schedule.

      Cons

      Benefits significantly reduced in the last few years. Post-merger, excessive amounts of DE&I training (for a company that makes bombs / rockets / missiles). They still require the covid shot and none of their peers do at this time.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
