      relaxed environment and good work life balance

      Cons

      an environment that is too relaxed enables people to not know or care about what they are doing and no structure/mechanisms in place to correct for incompetence.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
