Pros
I can work remotely and at my own time and pace (within due dates of course). The team is comprised of many people from all over, which allows me plenty of opportunity to learn and get different perspectives. The team also carries with it a wealth of knowledge that has been helpful for me.
Cons
At times, because it's remote work, it's difficult to feel connected to everything that's going on within the company.
