Pros
- Always supportive and approachable team - Every day is full of new stuff and excitements - Amazing team; friendly, skilled, talented, experienced. Every member of the team is ready to help - toxic behaviours are not welcome, which is great! - Transparency is important to create a sense of ownership . This is one of the strongest elements of this agency; making you feel belong to the company and you look no further :) - Anything in the agency agenda meets the company vision and the culture. - Working remotely but also provides flexible coworking membership if you ever feel like you need another place to focus, work and socialize. - You, your work and your effort are always recognizable without you trying to make them visible and seen by your managers. This is something i always look for in the companies i work at. Lastly, this is not the pros but a very honest detail. For the first time in my career, I didn't spend a minute to look for another job.
