Pros

My career at ReCept is the sum of my pursuits in the field of Sales and communication " My Mount Everest”. Everyone one here works with a since of passion to successfully produce the company’s goal of "Putting the Patient first”. Many people have jobs “I have a career here at ReCept”. I have experienced many highs and lows but my passion for work is unchanged. If you like being in a team atmosphere that foster creative thinking out of the box thinking, blends complementary strengths among teammates, and promotes a wider sense of ownership then ReCept is for you.

Cons

We are tenured company in the since of are age but the last five years we have experienced the type growth a young startup company would have. So, like a startup company we try lots different things from operations, trade and sales. So that means lot of process changes in every department. Some things work extremely well and others not so much.

Pros

Compensation (pay) was decent. Ish.

Cons

The benefits package is bad. I don't know anyone who actually opted into them. Having to ask questions is worse. HR will blatantly ignore you, even when you cc higher ups on emails. (especially if you are a woman.) You can literally have a near death experience, and all they will say is "when are you coming back to work." Literally zero other communication. This company is awful at managing people. Any rare communication that does come through will not be directed to the most qualified person, but rather to the man. They offer zero support, zero answers and have zero value for their female employees. (And little for their male employees, but at least some) They are trying to force a business model that doesn't work for the demographic they do business in and made it abundantly clear that money is the only thing that matters. True in business, but very disheartening to see so aggressively applied in healthcare. IT will take months to address issues Accounting will ignore bills until services are shut off. Be ready to be a jack of all trades if you work here. I realize every location is different, but core values remain the same
