Pros

Some great people work at ReachForce and it has a relatively relaxed environment. I could not have enjoyed most of my co-workers any more. In addition they have some great partners to work with and you can find some interesting projects.

Cons

• Unethical business practices • Demeaning management team who consistently fails to execute on deliverables • Unattainable goals with no justification or plan as to how the company hits them as a team • Poor leadership • No Structure or planning • Over promise and under deliver on all fronts • Sells potential employees and fails to deliver on any of it once you are in • Product Instability • Zero Innovation, competition is consistently ahead • No career path or direction • No training • Promotions for those who do the least • Cycles spent on worthless projects where recommendations and results are ignored • Business decisions are made without considering facts or data • No mentoring or personal development plans • Severely lacking in resources and division of labor Calls themselves a Startup to justify the issues, they are ten years old. There is a big difference between a startup environment and a poorly run company. I highly encourage anyone looking at this company to look on LinkedIn and evaluate the option based on the number of former employees.

Pros

Company has made recent strides innovating and making customers happy. Transparent culture with minimal hierarchy and bureaucracy.

Cons

The culture is mixed between newer employees with a passion for building and employers that just see the opportunity as a job

Pros

The company is small but growing and gives you the chance to not only make a big difference, but to expand your skill set beyond the skills with which you entered. RF cares about employees and our well-being and quite frankly many in management have made personal sacrifice for the betterment of both the business and employees - not exactly something common nowadays. The company is ripe with opportunity for anyone who can perform. Great team - and fun people to work with.

Cons

Small companies sometimes don't have all of the tools and resources that one would like, and sometimes the teams are understaffed and the workload gets intense. I'd rather have that than the opposite though and not know what impact I have at the business and feel I am just wasting time and not growing.
