While not for everyone, working at a startup going through meteoric growth can be quite exciting.

Quite chaotic at times with lots of shiny object chasing. The founders didn't have any real experience prior to starting their own business, and it showed a lot at times. Chasing investor-related KPIs instead of building a sustainable company can be hard to digest sometimes. No real career growth potential due to its startup nature.
