      Pros

      They pay you really well. Additionally, you can build confidence in teaching ESL from all the experience teaching at different schools.

      Cons

      There is little training provided and you kind of have to figure things out on yourself. The team try their best to be supportive though.

      The role trained me to be adaptable and resourceful. The town coordinator was very nice and supportive.
