A forward-thinking company that lets everybody contribute their ideas. Very inclusive Management without unhealthy Egos. Ability to find your niche within the programming spectrum and own it.

Sometimes hectic and exhausting. But at the end of the day it's all worth it when you feel like the hero saving the day for a client and working for a company that actually shows their employees they are appreciated.

There are many interesting projects to work on and there's never a dull moment. The people a great as well and everyone has a good balance of business and fun. There are always opportunities to voice your concerns. There are also plenty of efforts to review anything that may seem concerning.

There's still room for improvement in processes such as a better development cycle and a clearer roadmap and initiatives provided we continue to focus more on opportunities to review and recalibrate trying new strategies while sticking with what works while learning from what doesn't.
