Pros
Employees and clients are great.
Cons
The company has lost 43 employees in five years and is now on its fifth GM and sixth Sales Manager. The current GM has no sales experience and lacks knowledge on running a business. Additionally, he discriminates against women and anyone who disagrees with him. The owners refuse to give raises, not even for cost of living, and invest nothing in improving the company or supporting employees. There is a clear prejudice and hostility towards women. Speaking up can cost you your job. Bonuses and awards are rarely honored, and managers often take over employee accounts and leads. The work culture is dishonest and greedy. If you value your mental health, avoid working here; it’s a toxic environment.
