Pros

Remote (virtual) office, paid training, easy work.

Cons

Low pay. Training is very confusing. They have links to many places on a variety of websites that will be very confusing at first. You will be bombarded with a lot of information. Training will be 7 days. There are two assessment tests and one written final exam. If you do not have the "it" factor, whatever that is, then you will not be hired. The good news is you will be compensated for your week of training. They are mostly looking for younger, pretty 20 and 30 somethings they can overwork and underpay. Typical for Corporate America.

Pros

Making a difference in the lives of others.

Cons

Upper management has no clue what they’re doing to make a profitable business. There is favoritism within the company, and if you’re not a favorite, you’ll know by how senior coaches interact with you and treat you. The app needs a lot of improvement.
