7yThank you for your feedback, if you are still an employee I sincerely ask you to speak with someone here that can respond to your concerns and complaints. Much of what you mention could be addressed if we could get into more detail.
I am very concerned that you say that it is impossible to get commissions you earned. I understand why you would be incredibly frustrated if you feel you are not able to achieve success. We have a clear commission agreement and pay eligible commissions every two weeks. Over the years our sales people have been very successful. Please speak to me about this so we can resolve your frustration.
We do not have a formal work-from-home arrangement. It's something people ask for and we know it's a popular option, but it doesn't work for our company. This includes the leadership team or "upper management". However, we often make exceptions for people to work from home on occasion no matter their level. We are humans and understand that our employees have lives with car troubles, sick kids, or need to wait for the plumber to fix a pipe. It only requires you speaking to someone who can help you figure out a solution. As far as upper management goes, you don't have insight into an individual's specific arrangement so it's not fair to compare your situation to them.
