      Like all commission based roles, you get what you put in. So not for someone who won’t do well in a commission based environment

      Pros

      For a remote brokerage there is lots of education and resources available. Lots of teams to join and the tech is great to keep you connected to people and things happening at the brokerage.

      Cons

      No big cons for me. I’d always recommend joining a team and having a reserve for dry spells.
