Pros
-No cap on commission -Independent work -Awesome work environment I would definitely recommend RES to anybody looking for a starting point in the sales business. You can be whatever you aspire to be with this company as long as you are willing to put in the work.
Cons
-No company benefits -Long hours This position is not for everyone. It is an absolute grind day in and day out. The base salary isn't that high so the job isn't really worth it if you aren't going to put everything you've got into it. I will say though that the leaders and management are awesome people that will bend over backwards to help you in any way that they can!
