Having completed Auction Training, a series of 10 modules approximately 90-120 minutes each, Auction Executives / Assistant are equipped and engineered for success. A follow-up phone conference with the CEO at the conclusion of each module gives Auction Executives / Assistants a chance to ask questions and solidify understanding of the material. The training is comprehensive, taps into the listener’s motivations for entering into this venture, and challenges the work ethic. The prime takeaway was to frame my mindset with power and learn how to be independent and in control of my work. The CEO layers the instructional material very methodically and in digestible sections.
