Pros

Having completed Auction Training, a series of 10 modules approximately 90-120 minutes each, Auction Executives / Assistant are equipped and engineered for success. A follow-up phone conference with the CEO at the conclusion of each module gives Auction Executives / Assistants a chance to ask questions and solidify understanding of the material. The training is comprehensive, taps into the listener’s motivations for entering into this venture, and challenges the work ethic. The prime takeaway was to frame my mindset with power and learn how to be independent and in control of my work. The CEO layers the instructional material very methodically and in digestible sections. Very quickly, the listener is drawn in to the excitement of the business and the introspection required of listener. As the training progresses, you will learn how involved the CEO is and how crucial it is for you to do the same. The CEO makes a solid case for mastering your craft. Are you dipping your toes in or are you going to cannonball into the pool?

Cons

Timid-natured people may struggle with adaptation and the willingness to converse at length with the CEO's phone call follow-ups.

Pros

I just finished the on-boarding training with realestateauctions.com, and I am very excited about the future of this company and the opportunity to be a part of it. I feel the training program provides a great foundation for those in real estate who have become interested in this new fast growing way to sell property as well as serves as a great resource of business coaching, lead generation and management, and sales practices for those just starting out. I plan on referring back to many of the support materials provided throughout my critical first two weeks within the organization as I position myself to be at the forefront of growth in the worldwide auctioning of real estate and recruit and train the team that will help me to get there. I highly recommend checking into this company for anyone looking to "break out of the mold" and be highly successful in real estate over the next decade.

Cons

If you have a substantial amount of real estate or executive business experience, you may find the first few weeks as a bit of a brush up as it primarily focuses on fundamental general business skills such as contact and time management, prospecting, advertising, and such not directly related to the particular market niche. However, I still feel that the time is well served in introducing the language and structure of the company and it's objectives and style. This will be especially useful to those planning on taking things to the next level at some point and building their own team and becoming a broker or national director.
