Having completed Auction Training, a series of 10 modules approximately 90-120 minutes each, Auction Executives / Assistant are equipped and engineered for success. A follow-up phone conference with the CEO at the conclusion of each module gives Auction Executives / Assistants a chance to ask questions and solidify understanding of the material. The training is comprehensive, taps into the listener’s motivations for entering into this venture, and challenges the work ethic. The prime takeaway was to frame my mindset with power and learn how to be independent and in control of my work. The CEO layers the instructional material very methodically and in digestible sections. Very quickly, the listener is drawn in to the excitement of the business and the introspection required of listener.
As the training progresses, you will learn how involved the CEO is and how crucial it is for you to do the same. The CEO makes a solid case for mastering your craft. Are you dipping your toes in or are you going to cannonball into the pool?
