I couldn't stand any kind of discrimination and racism, and decided to leave as soon as I possibly could.

Cons

Being a woman in this company can be a NIGHTMARE because of the DISCRIMINATION and gender roles they place on you. It's almost too ridiculous if you think about it because we're all living in the 21st century, and the managers seem stuck in old times.

FALSE Real Integrated doesn't tolerate discrimination of any kind. This does not reflect our agency at all and is very disrespectful to the Management team which works tremendously hard to provide culture where everyone's talent is celebrated.
