      Pros

      Real Thread is so much more than t-shirts! It's a company that sincerely cares about people and wants to leave a mark on the world. The company puts a lot of emphasis on positive company culture and encourages every employee to be their best self, both professionally and personally. Employees are taken care of and treated as family. And I really believe that as a result of that, the team puts out amazing quality and customer service. Happy team, happy customers!

      Cons

      Could be a pro or a con, depends on how you look at it ....but as a growing company, things are often evolving and shifting (which is ultimately a good thing!), but can sometimes be a challenge to keep up and establish structure along the way...definitely requires a "roll with the punches" attitude.

      Pros

      The team at Real Thread knows how to have fun while getting work done. The leadership team does everything that they can to keep the team motivated and show them that they're cared for. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone considered for an open position.

      Cons

      As all businesses, it's not perfect. The leadership team doesn't always hit the mark that they're aiming for but it seems like they try to learn from their mistakes.

      Unlimited PTO, casual workwear, free lunch once a month

      Cons

      Conservative values pushed heavily on staff, they held a Bible study during working hours, it was just weird.
