Pay is on the lower end compared to other hospitality companies.

The guest services department is a fantastic place to work if you are looking for a customer centric role in short term hospitality. The managers are second to none, atmosphere is fun and laid back, and you get to help vacationers enjoy their stay in the Destin area.

Pay is a little low compared to other guest services / customer support roles out there, especially when considering the cost of living in the Destin area. Due to the nature of the role (talking to guests all day), it can be emotionally exhausting especially during peak season. However, some people thrive in that environment.
