Pros

Nice offices. Some decent employees.

Cons

CEO has a short fuse and easily loses his temper in public meetings. Company lacks direction. Leadership are insular and condescending towards non-engineering departments.

With regards to direction – as a scaling business, it can sometimes mean that the direction pivots which can lead to it seeming unclear. We have a clear strategy in place for the next 3 years and beyond and are sharing this information with our employees to aid their understanding. Pros

Small business vibes, good people to work with.

Cons

Lifestyle business trying to compete in the Enterprise space. Complicated, difficult to use and deploy Remote Support product in a very crowded market. No real understand of the market they are in, and very behind in terms of technological advancement.
