Pros
Great environment and people to work with. Casual dress, I do not have to dress up everyday. Very flexible, allows me to work from my residence. Between Memorials Day and Labor Day the company closes down early every Friday at 1:00 pm. They understand that it's summertime and we all want to enjoy the weather as much as possible. Management never considers themselves above any employee. And they have a open door policy for all employees to come in sit down and talk about anything.
Cons
The parking lot needs to be repaved. However I understand this is already in they have s contractor already hired to do the work.
