Flexibility, good people, remote work is a wonderful plus for some.

Heavy workload at times. Wage increase rarely happens.

The staff. Doctors, physios, admin staff, all of them are amazing people. There are benefits and a decent wage...just not the wage you should be paid for the amount of work you do.

Abusive and bully-like behavior from the higher ups. The workload is unmanageable and the communication is non-existent.
