5yThanks so much for your feedback. We are definitely focusing on making sure 1:1's are taking place more regularly and there is additional focus on career development. This was something as you rightfully saw lacking due to resources. We want to make sure that as we grow, everyone and their career is addressed regularly and feedback and support are given to help one develop while working for us. We also are bringing on a VP Engineering to minimise the workload of our CTO and to have someone in place who not only has the time but the mandate to focus on 1:1's with the tech team. Other VP positions have been filled or are being filled and career development for their teams are heavily prioritised focus areas. Your comment about "working longer hours" is noted and you are correct that it is more about outcomes and not time spent on those outcomes. I believe we are finding a better balance having gone into a fully remote environment but we can always get better about managing primarily for outcomes. One way or another, it is great to hear this feedback so we can address it. I appreciate you taking the time to review us here.
