      Fun people Great sales subject (games and toys) Friendly customers Flexible hours Easy to get time off

      Pay was sub-par Advancement was minimal at best Management had some odd policies and was too concerned with saving money

      Great bonus structure that exceeds most other jobs

      Cons

      Always found an excuse to not bonus us. Terrible upper management. Purposely hire managers to fire when sales are slow
