Cons
Most of the C suite has a high school education and virtually no prior business experience. They are hard workers, but undermine their own success with easily preventable errors, unprofessional office conduct, and a highly reactive staffing strategy. People are hired and fired on whims, management vacillates between micromanagement and nonexistent, and employees are pressured to attend religious and social events.
