      Pros

      PEOPLE!!! genuinely such a great group of people. they don't have in person mandates but the full time staff really does try to come in person and they are really excited for the interns. My intern cohort got closer because we were often the only ones in office.

      Cons

      Office space itself is lacking a bit, but it is a nonprofit after all..

      Amazing company full of amazing people! Unlike anywhere I've worked. Everyone truly cares about the mission.

      Cons

      It is a nonprofit so it pays less than these roles traditionally - but very well for nonprofit
