      Lovely hard-working, friendly workforce. Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Management have no clue what they are doing. Consultant in firm seems to be running the shore. He is just as clueless and running the company to the ground. Hardworking individuals are not appreciated or acknowledged, if your face does not fit there is no progression.

      Good people, work life balance.

      Cons

      Upper management listens too much to corporate and has no sympathy for lives impacted. Layoffs occurred with little to no guidance, no transitions and no handoff.
