Pros
*You will not be micromanaged. *You won't be stuck in one focus (unless you want to be a SME) and can grow across your function/business. *While other CPG's are going downhill RB is making the right moves for growth. *Fast paced. You won't be slowed down by unnecessary processes. *You'll get direct feedback and not the fluff other companies may dish out - depending on your personality you may not like that, but I'd rather know where I stand so I can adjust/grow. *RB is one of the few CPG's that offer International rotations outside Director level. *Diversity and it comes organically, HQ has a great mix of cultures and background. *Awesome brands. *Generous vacation.
Cons
*Other CPG's are pumping a lot of money into office facelifts and pockets of HQ may disappoint depending on where you're coming from. *Some teams embrace WFH better than others, the company needs to adjust its mindset on this to help attract/retain top talent. I think they're warming up to it. *You can have long hours at times but honestly what company don't you find that in nowadays, especially CPG. If you work in a competitive industry it's the nature of the beast.
