Pros
What I love about RB is the fast-paced environment and my complete business ownership. The company trusts the decisions I make and allows me to be creative / entrepreneurial. There isn't a lot of red-tape / approvals as with other major FMCGs - decisions are quick and time is then spent on activation. We work hard and play hard. Lots of incentives throughout the year in addition to our bonus scheme. I've moved internationally with RB - there are plenty of opportunities within RB. Lots of exposure to senior management.
Cons
There's a lot of expectation at RB - hours are long and balance is low. You get out as much as you put in though.
